Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Ready to ship wigs will be available for shipping 24-48 hours after order has been processed. 
Custom wig orders will be available for shipping within 10-14 business days after the order has been processed. 
Once orders are processed they may NOT be canceled or changed. 
Please  DOUBLE CHECK all spellings and addresses as changes can NOT be made!

Once orders are processed they may NOT be canceled or changed due to company policy unless there is a mistake on the sellers behalf.  
Please  DOUBLE CHECK and ENSURE all spellings and addresses are correct as changes can NOT be made! 

Warranty Disclaimer

About Our Policy

All ready to ship wigs are sold as is. Tresses however does offer a 1 year limited warranty for $100. This comes with one closure replacement within one year after purchasing the unit, a color restoration service (must be dyed the same color as sold) and a wash and restyle. Our limited warranty is available for purchase underneath our "book online" tab.

Please be advised before purchasing on the site, once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on the seller's behalf. Tresses Luxury HairCo is subject to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a Valid ID. None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information Is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes. In event of Fraudulent Charges, Customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon company losing Funds or product. Customer will be contacted via shipping address in such case.
